Environmental Technician (Consultant) - Drilling Waste Management
Job Description:
Nor-Alta is currently looking for experienced, qualified and motivated Field Technicians. The successful applicants would be responsible for providing field services to our clients for a variety of drilling waste jobs and projects, as well as compiling disposal reports, and developing strong relationships with clients and potential clients. Environmental Technicians are expected to diligently represent Nor-Alta in communications with clients, landowners, and regulators. Succesful applicants should have a strong working knowledge of computers, industry standard technology (gps, digital cameras, etc.), be knowledgable regarding the applicable regulations, and be willing to travel. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the field. Post secondary education will be considered an asset.
Location:
Our Head Office is located in Edmonton. At this time we are interested in personnel capable of working in remote locations. Ideal candidates would be consultants based out of Edson, Grande Prairie, Peace River, Dawson Creek, Fort St. John, and Fort Nelson.
